Episodes

One episode, two formats — for now.

Every episode currently airing on PTCV pairs an 8–12 minute host-led Brief Talk with a 35–45 minute Conversation with a local leader, recorded and released together as a single episode.

Why one format right now: Season 1 was produced and is airing as combined episodes, so Brief Talks and Conversations aren't separable yet. Each card below shows both halves of the same episode. Starting Season 2, once Brief Talks and Conversations are recorded on independent schedules, they'll split into their own sections and nav tabs.

Release cadence: new episodes release roughly twice a month through November 2026. This list grows one card at a time as each episode airs.

Our Founding Story

Can a single decision made in a small city change the world?

At twelve, our founder fled civil war in his town and spent over a year in the forest. Years later, he arrived in the United States as an international student. Pittsfield, Massachusetts became home — and that place shaped this venture.

Prosperity does not begin everywhere at once. It begins somewhere — with the choices we make.

Our Beliefs

What we hold to be true.

Opportunity is created, not given.

Impact is shared and scalable.

Local stories are tools for change.

America's 250th

Celebrate America's 250th with a Value-Driven Mission.

As our nation approaches its 250 years, the true enduring vision of America remains rooted in the promise that equal opportunity and collective progress are created, not given. Shared Prosperity honors this legacy by proving that the future of American economic resilience is still written at the local level. By transforming the decisions of our small-city leaders into actionable blueprints, we are ensuring that the next chapter of the American story is one where local opportunity still shapes global wealth — proving that when our hometowns thrive, their ideas, skills, and innovations lift communities across the country and beyond.

Our Impact

Through the support of our partners and collaborators, Shared Prosperity transforms small-city leadership decisions into public understanding and actionable civic insights that benefit our own community, regions across the country, and beyond.
